Also, I can't seem to initiate dialogue with Dodger.

A brief bit of testing shows that the module is an actual module. However, there seem to be a number of typos in descriptions and dialogue ("wheel" is spelled as "weel", "bloating" is used instead of "gloating" and so on).

Given these errors, "test" may very well be an appropriate description for this module.
