lol, that was standard simfphys preset, now i've record custom one, but if you like old one too much, press C, click on car, then on "Edit Properties", at line "EngineSoundPreset" select "9" instead of "-1"

I no-clipped through the vehicle and the monitor is in the dashboard, it's just not a bodygroup, can't even use abvanced bone or joint tool on it.
