That's for hosting a server with 50+ people
Only host gets this one, 49+ players don't get it
Also it cannot be done on dedicated server, it has to be hosted throught in-game host button(which uses 1mb/s upload per player and you can't adjust it)

I'm not sure but i think this was an old achievment for if everyone joined your world (or everyone from your friends list)

I had no idea how much it should cost... so it costs 3333 OET components.
