when those cheaply made anime crap show up in l4d2 workshop, they overshadows all the hard work made addons that are great and sometimes usefull really hard worked and NOT LAZY than this anime propaganda.
Those anime mods are more lazy to make and sometimes they are getting copyrighted by other anime models. That's why it's everywhere because people have no ideas and just to put more same ♥♥♥♥ over and over, and that's what I call "LAZINESS"
