Hmm, yeah, come to think of it, you can really just try to re-texture this model into someting robotic or cybernetic. Would be really cool, and can work out too, since we already have a bunch of reskins that really change the characters into something entirely different, without actually changing their models, rather than just changing their clothes color, (like the cyberpunk DUB skins, Steampunk DJ Scully Terminator, Reverend Alberts Jason Voorhees, etc.)

@Vic a robo-nazi that you mentioned, its a REALLY good idea!, i think i will reskin this and the winter german for this weekend.

@Vic, exactly, i think im going to do the winter suit, more "dirty" and a little bit more grey.

Well, apart from the differences that i've mentioned, for me it seems exactly the same as the skin that i've linked below. Maybe it's creator used the same technique as you did then.
Winter skin could be cool, i guess, but it should not be too bright - the game is too dark in alot of places and situations, even to the level when i can't find a way out of the dark room or something, if i have no flashlight, so i'm usually tweaking the game's brightness/contrast/gamma so it would be not so dark.

Unfortunately, this makes most of the very bright objects in the game so bright that it that hurts my eyes to even look at them, so i prefer darker skins in general.
So black outfit would be cool too, i guess.
Which would be even better, is to have some robotic/powered armor naziskin like those from Jin Roh anime, or recent Wolfenstein games, or something like black leather coat flamethrower outfit from the game RTCW, but that would be much harder to implement, than a simple recolor.
Also, it would be great to have some reskins for the Soviet, American and Japanese soldiers aswell.

@Vic nope, this is my frist ever reskin on photoshop, i just basically put the grey all over in the suit (and thats why the blood isnt there in the pants because i was too lazy).

A skin with the original from RO1 it would be cool too!, i was thinking to do the winter one and the normal versions.

Is this just a copy-paste of this skin https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1392341625 with only minor changes, like t-shirt color, emblems and removed blood from the wounds and red stripes with swastika from the sleeves?
I think I still prefer the original ROskin, since it has the correct uniform color and more distinctive, colored gear elements on it.
