I think what I would love to see is this but with a much MUCH bigger range. I hate that you have to have a station, fire, etc all in a green zone covering everything for it to count for an area. The default size is far too small, I shouldn't need to have schools with in walking distance from each other, or cop stations, or medical. It's unrealistic and annoying but stuff wont 'grow' or needs met unless you do x.x
