Could you please release the multiplayer version of these warcraft MOD? I want to play it with my friends.
wbarrett3 7. okt. 2013 kl. 21:10
so how do you load the game?
Fasrin 15. sep. 2013 kl. 11:03
@Bamington I've noticed that some of the wonders lie, like the ravencrest monument giving all cities monuments, it's more or less confusing.
DrogonSkye 5. sep. 2013 kl. 11:07
Really loving your mods dude, subscribed to all i can find, and amazingly stable. hardly any crashes at all. which is more than I can say for some mods. Keep up the good work and keep em comming
Kad Gaming 30. aug. 2013 kl. 13:51
oh, ok
Bamington  [ophavsmand] 28. aug. 2013 kl. 17:03
jk_dad: Anakin_the_Green unfourtunately is correct, we're unable to get new models into the game at this point so until that's possible this is really just a flavour mod. If we ever get the capability to import custom models AND I find someone who can make them, hopefully we can do things like the Dark Portal or a Necropolis.
Anakin_the_Green 28. aug. 2013 kl. 13:49
Thing is to jkdad. He's just renaming orginal wonders if it isnt look like one in the game it proboly wont be added
Kad Gaming 26. aug. 2013 kl. 20:21
you should add The Dark Portal and the Litch King's floating fortress thing(i forgot it's name)... I think that would be very cool
El 20. aug. 2013 kl. 1:05
@Bamington
You could always replace barbarians with Twilight's Hammer cultists, Sha, random fel cultists or a combination thereof.
Steezy Viscous 19. aug. 2013 kl. 18:44
Thats why it didnt work!
Steezy Viscous 19. aug. 2013 kl. 18:43
Awww
Bamington  [ophavsmand] 19. aug. 2013 kl. 18:03
Requires Gods and Kings, is compatible with Brave New World.
Brotoss 19. aug. 2013 kl. 16:57
does it require G&K or BNW?
Steezy Viscous 19. aug. 2013 kl. 13:14
Seems Cool
balieprins 19. aug. 2013 kl. 12:07
if you want another mount Mt. Hyjal might be a good one
Bamington  [ophavsmand] 18. aug. 2013 kl. 0:28
efhb1994: Uldaman was in my initial list too, but we're shying away from doing the abandoned Titan cities as much as possible for now, just because they're not really 'Natural'.

7007King0770: Right now Solomon's Temple is replaced by Mogushan Palace. Personally I feel like that's a really good fit. But these things change all the time, so we'll see.
Bamington  [ophavsmand] 18. aug. 2013 kl. 0:26
The Thunder Bluffs are a natural wonder, they just happen to have a city on them. We think they fit okay as a natural wonder. I made 38 Natural Wonders for us to choose from, but we can only implement 9 at a time. Thunder Bluffs will probably get taken out next patch since the Tauren are released now. Blackrock Mountain will probably be removed under the circumstances you mentioned, but at the moment Blackrock Orcs and Dark Iron Dwarves are a very, very, very long way away on our list.
Bamington  [ophavsmand] 18. aug. 2013 kl. 0:26
Triggerblade360: We thought about doing a Blunderbuss unit for a while but frankly everyone has black powder weapons now, and we felt the Mountain King was more interesting from a gameplay perspective anyway. Gnomes will be their own Civ, and will be geared towards large cities in small amounts with very nice abilities geared around science. They're coming up shortly actually.

Naga are a while off, but we've got some pretty cool ideas for them. I'm still hoping we'll be able to find a way to let them settle cities in the middle of oceans.

We've looked at replacing Barbarians, there's a few ways to do it, we haven't decided what we're going to go with yet. It will probably be implemented when the tech tree is ready.
King Kek 17. aug. 2013 kl. 23:51
@efhb1994 Solomon's Temple replacement, am I right? Would totally work; especially sense all Titan constructed objects are technically "Natural". I back your suggestion.
efhb1994 17. aug. 2013 kl. 15:05
Ulduman would make a suitible natural wonder btw :P
Shiny Boots 17. aug. 2013 kl. 13:44
Bamington: That makes sense, though what about the musket men? To my knolledge of WoW lore, Bronze Beard Dwarves are the most likely to have black powder weapons out of all other civs and races. Also what about Gnomes? Or would they be better suited as some of the Dwarven units since before Cataclysm, they were living in Ironforge.

PS. More suggestions.
1. Naga should have the perk that removes the penalty from attacking over rivers and from ocean.

2. If possible, add spesific barbarian units. Like Murlocs, Wolves, Bandits, Amani Trolls, ect.

3. More renaming of natural wonders(sorry)
If you plan on making Black Rock Orcs or the Dark Iron clan you're going to have to remove Blackrock Mountain. Since that is the capital of both races. I'd suggest Mount Hyjal, since that's not a racial capital. The Thunder Bluffs don't make sense since that's the Tauren Capital. Maybe the Thousand Needles would apply better?
Bamington  [ophavsmand] 17. aug. 2013 kl. 0:03
Triggerblade360: Goblins have a Shredder and a Zepplin. The 'Battle Tank' you're thinking of is actually Dwarves and it's called a Steam Tank or Siege Engine. The other Dwarf unit it the Mountain King.
Shiny Boots 16. aug. 2013 kl. 23:45
Bamington: Yeah, that's exactly it. Keep being awesome dude.

Though I just randomly got three ideas.

Goblin Unique Unit: Blimp. Just pull it from the steam punk scenario and let them fly it around.

Gnome Unique Unit: Battle Tank. Again from the scenario.

Bronze Beard Dwarf Unique Units: Mountain Guard and Musket Men. The MG would be like a special scout or something. Like move over hills like it was road.

Now I know some of these seem overpowered, though from what little I know of Civ 5 modding, you can scale down attack and defence variables, along with moving what tech unlocks which unit.
Bamington  [ophavsmand] 16. aug. 2013 kl. 23:23
Triggerblade360: Thanks man. We've done an Elekk mounted Vindicator for their unit, very similar to what you're thinking I imagine :)
Shiny Boots 16. aug. 2013 kl. 22:12
Hey Bamington! Just shooting an idea. Possibly for the Draenei you could replace horsemen with one of the elephant units. Because of Elekks and stuff.
Gandalf the Morally Grey 16. aug. 2013 kl. 21:47
I don't know if my citizens would be happy to find the Scar of the Worldbreaker :-/
Martarion 16. aug. 2013 kl. 17:21
Ah, yeah sorry didnt see that.
Bamington  [ophavsmand] 16. aug. 2013 kl. 17:19
Arimil: There's no giant tree model, that's why there's no Nordrassil. We thought it'd be wierd to have a Nordrassil that is a mountain.

EpicPowner: Pretty sure I agreed with you about six comments ago ;)

Twitchie: Just a reskin at this point. Natural wonders are tricky to work with but we're working on revamping the stats too.
Twitchy Twitcherson 16. aug. 2013 kl. 15:13
Not a re-skin, but rather a re-name.
Twitchy Twitcherson 16. aug. 2013 kl. 15:13
Is it just a re-skin or does it change the stats?
Martarion 16. aug. 2013 kl. 12:10
The Sunwell isnt entirely natural - unless you count nine thousand years of existence natural. The High Elves created it from a vial of water from the Well of Eternity, which was created by the Titans, although some claim it was accidental. They can both be considered natural, but the Well of Eternity is much more so than the Sunwell.
Arimil 16. aug. 2013 kl. 10:27
you are also forgeting the suken Isles I'm not sure if this is a major wonder but I think it would be an easy one to add
Arimil 16. aug. 2013 kl. 10:25
Ok you are forgeting the #1 wonder of the world of warcraft Nordrassil Comeon anyone knows that is the most important thing in the world Why else would Archomond want to steal its power.
Bamington  [ophavsmand] 15. aug. 2013 kl. 22:14
Fisuher Frei: For Azeroth, it probably doesn't get anymore 'natural' than what the Titans made when they built the planet, so I think he's probably got a valid idea. But we'll see :)
ZombieFish 15. aug. 2013 kl. 21:32
triggerblade360: The Well of Eternity was specifically created by the titans and isn't any more natural a formation than the sunwell is.
Bamington  [ophavsmand] 15. aug. 2013 kl. 5:15
Pirobro: We aren't really ready to talk about Gnomes and Goblins yet, they'll be the last two we do probably. We've got some cool ideas that I think you'll like.

Skillvendor: The current World Tree is built by Night Elves. The old one you might see at some point, but there's no tree model in the game so we thought it would be wierd until we've been able to implement that.
Skillvendor 15. aug. 2013 kl. 5:06
why isn't there a world tree?
the milk man 14. aug. 2013 kl. 23:38
so are goblin and gnomes going to get black powder age bonuses? that would be a little overpowering but inline with what they are (could try to get them some earlyer ones and have em be weaker or something)
Shiny Boots 14. aug. 2013 kl. 20:23
Anytime. These are good mods and if noone offers suggestions or feedback things don't often improve. Keep being awesome dude.
Bamington  [ophavsmand] 14. aug. 2013 kl. 20:16
TriggerBlade360: It's a good point and I appreciate you taking the time to write the feedback. Well of Eternity probably is a much better idea, and I'll almost certainly make that chance in the next patch.
Shiny Boots 14. aug. 2013 kl. 19:56
I should've been more clear. The Sunwell isn't a natural thing. It was artifically created by the High Elves. So it being natural is mostly the confusing part. I do like rewriteing story concept, which is why I look forward to the scenario. Letting the gnomes and orcs having it is fine, though I'm just suggesting changing it to Well of Eternity. Which was a 'natural wonder' while the Sunwell was not natural. Which is why I suggested it replace palace or great temple. Or just make it a universal wonder that anyone can make. Though it's your mod dude.
Bamington  [ophavsmand] 14. aug. 2013 kl. 15:35
Triggerblade360: It might get replaced in the future depending on Gameplay. We chose the Sunwell because it fit well with the bonus you get from the Fountain of Youth, but we'll see how it plays out :) Part of the appeal for me personally as the way Civ kind of rewrites stories, so the Orcs having the Sunwell or Mogushan palace appeals to me.

Wowluckylolz: You say that like it's quite easy to put custom models in the game. It's really not. For now they are using the default models with custom stats and icons.

MrGrim: You might see Teldrassil in the future, and Nordrassil is on the list for constructed wonders.
SugarSupreme 14. aug. 2013 kl. 9:32
Where is the world tree in all this?
Technologia 14. aug. 2013 kl. 8:22
Does it even have it`s own models?
Shiny Boots 14. aug. 2013 kl. 7:42
Hey Bamington. I just have to point out that the Sunwell as a natural wonder isn't the greatest idea. The Sunwell was used by the Blood and previously High Elves for their immortality. So it would be a little weird for others like Orcs or Gnomes to have it. Just sayin'. You said in a earlier comment that you had over 30. I'd suggest adding one of those and making The Sunwell a replacement for something like the Grand Temple or Maybe the Palace.
Bardy 14. aug. 2013 kl. 4:47
awesome as always bro :) when u ready to have an alpha playtested, just shoot me a message. Also doing a video series about your mods. If you would like to join in on one and talk about your mods, let me know and we can schedule a time for that :) I normally record videos at around 7am CST (im in chicago, IL USA)
Mailheu 13. aug. 2013 kl. 15:35
May I suggest King Valley of Loch Modan as wonder ? :3
Thanks a lot for the mod !
Bamington  [ophavsmand] 13. aug. 2013 kl. 15:02
Moose on Goose: Twin Colossals was on our list but the limitations in making natural wonders meant they didn't make it in sadly. We made 30 Wonders and only got to make 11 because of the limits of the game, sadly.

Kylag: Conversion of the beliefs is in the works.
Moose On Goose 13. aug. 2013 kl. 14:53
May I suggest the twin colossals from Feralas as a natural wonder?
