@snakeman008, it replaces the music that plays when you get knocked onto the ground by the infected. @FishNachoz, it plays the beginning of the song when you first get incapped, then replaces iamsocold with a part that is closer to the end of the song.

@samalone62 Yes, the song was used in the end of the movie [h1]!WARNING![/h1] The following text contains spoilers, do not mouse over the long black rectangular! as Jim slaughters all of the remaining soldiers, what a brutal scene! But, the song is also the main theme for 28 weeks later, and used at the end of the "prologue".
