I went on a tour to the ESP. Most of it was decayed and in ruin. The one room they preserved was one of a mafia boss or something, can't remember.

@Wow Because prisons came with After Dark (which you should have anyway, it's probably the best DLC)

But your point does stand @donoteat really should have said that After Dark is needed for the use of this asset.

Why does it say I need After Dark DLC? It doesn't say it is required in the workshop but in content manager > assets it says After Dark DLC is needed.
