Why doesn't this work for the Minecraft Mod?

for some reason this mod is not working for me. ive tried just enabling 50%, 100%, and so on, but it will not take. Am I missing something?

I really needed this after Turkey cucked my construction speed by 10%.

This mod has worked for me in the past with mods such as The New Order and Red Flood, as have your other mods. However, as I tried using them yesterday, they have (for some reason) stopped working. I have tried un- and re- subscribing to the mods, which seems to have done nothing. I have also tried reinstalling said total conversion mods, but I have had no luck. Do you have any other advice (besides refreshing downloaded mods from the cache) or is this a compatability issue?

Does it work in Multiplayer if all players (example of me and a friend) have it?

Please make the time longer, it's kinda annoying when it stops when you are having a longer game. xD

i think picking the 2500% construction bonus messes up the repair rate. cuz when im repairing factories and infrastructure, its 1% a day

Just tested it, beside a cute dog that appears over the icon of the decision it works just fine.
