I'm not sure how difficult it would be, but could you maybe try to make a compatibility mod for the mod "Iron Curtain: A World Divided"? Currently it doesn't work for this mod.

I have one problem with it one of my friends downloaded it and it was bugged, this was probably because I deleted the wrong mod (I made two on accident) and there’s only one translation which is English and he’s Austrian and where the language button was it was the error dog

So other city/state rename mods seem to override the manual changes I make to states using this mod! Is there any way to alter this mod to ensure what I change state names to stays the same, regardless of owners switching, etc?
