@Sever小狼 Maybe you can try this Alternate Mod Launcher [github.com] to load the mod. Users have some issues with the new Firaxis game launcher that doesn't load their mods.

@matthew86918 No, all of the arms are tied to their respective armor tier. You can edit the XComContent.ini file to duplicate the body part templates with new template names and armor templates.
