I'm having the same issue. Town worked fine, but one day I returned and it was empty save for the one Stormhouse I bought and some mercs roaming around. Moving the mod down to the bottom of the load order then importing fixed the issue, so it's likely just a odd incompatability.

i have the same problem with Nikotin Koffein. I only see people wander in a empty place, no city,no buildings.

i noticed u didnt navmesh a road to the town using the shift f12 menu

i wish there was maybe just 1 more town for holy nation maybe just a bit north of stack but south of blisters hills but left of your okran rest.. any chance you can make it for us legion?

I like your mod but there is some issue with it, when i installed this mod and imported my save, everything worked just perfectly, but after a while this town just disappeared somehow, i can see only empty field, no buildings no anything and few drifters,mercenary squad wandering around this empty field. When i try importing save, doesnt even works. Any idea how could i fix it? And also i can see "broken statue" in this town

Every time I play with this town its constantly under attack. If I go into the town there are raptor corpses everywhere and none of the shopkeepers are in their shops. Anyone having similar problems?

@my iq only 3, it wouldn't conflict with Reactive World. However, RW would think that all of the HN cities are gone once Stack, Blister Hill, and Bad Teeth are gone and would put HN into resistance mode. So for better immersion make sure to take Inquisitor Laenys in Okran's Rest down before you take down the Phoenix.

Well RW is only going to affect vanilla cites, and this is a new city. Thus I don't think it would conflict (without having looked at the mod changes) but neither would it be affected by RW. The author can do similar things in their own mod eventually.

@bk3000, yeah it's in the works. Not sure how many overrides there's going to be, but there's definitely going to be one for burning to the ground. ;) Good point about the map, image added.

@Legion Of course it is lore friendly if you compare this to our world. I think the thieves are sponsoring the new cathedral or statue of Okran and of course there is no skeleton or woman in there guild. They are respectable citizens!

After you finish this town do you have any plans for adding more towns into the game?

@y-man Also, I find HN to be more xenophobic and mysoginistic than law-abiding. We’ve seen that it’s possible to coexist with the HN with blatantly opposing views as the Tech Hunters have done with World’s End. Appease the right people and you’re golden. Are there any examples in the lore or character dialogue where the HN specifically hunts down thieves?

@y-man, I like having Shinobi thieves guild halls close for the backpacks so that was the thinking. There’s already thief bar squads in every HN city, they have to come from somewhere? Well, this is it. Plus, the laws are just a little more lax in Okran’s Rest (for RP value) to allow for a prospering trade culture. Consider this an HN trade hub with nothing else of note as opposed to, say, Blister Hill.
