Update will be either today or tomorrow, depending on other responsibilities.
1. Go through your load orders, double check you are using the exact same active mods.
2. Steam workshop is wonky, and doesn't always download mods and mod updates correctly. Go to you eu4 mod folder in documents, and delete its contents. Then launch the launcher again. This forces a redownload of everything.
3. If it still doesn't work, delete the mods again, unsub from all mods, relaunch steam, resub to the mods and then launch. This seemed to do the trick one time for me.
Honestly fixing a wrong checksum can be a bit bothersome, its not always easy to spot where its going wrong. Good luck!
1: TIV strips countries of their historical ideas so that AI countries will actually pick the new ones as well.
2 Some missions from ME use the religious ideas, but TIV has all the different religious ideas instead, so I've had to add them as another valid option.
You can always subscribe to this mod so that it downloads and then have a look.
