the weight sounds basically negligible so whatever, I would have used merge blocks with warheads tho personally, the rockets are just soo weak.

and yes, downward is a bit uncommon, but I couldnt think of something better at the moment. But you can use it as a tactical bomber if you want, or remove the launcher for more cargo.

You could try changing the name of the blueprint before uploading or changing the thumbnail to a lower quality.

@JD.Horx what's the size of your thumbnail for that another blueprint? Have you tried making it lighter, below 200 kb? We had that issue in ME when switched to new workshop integration, but we added error message saying thumbnail is too large. SE didn't add that from what I know, so it might be this
