Yeah, we've heard this a few times, that modded ships aren't always showing up at certain stations. In the last update, we did some adjustments to where which ships can spawn, to give stations a bit more flavor and feeling. So pirate stations only have ships with many missiles, and other stations only have huge cargo ships or only smaller ships. We might have gone a bit overboard with that, and will have to relax it a bit for the next update. Especially modded ships should be available in most places, as people generally want to buy them ingame if they added them from a mod.
I even went so far as removing all ships except mine and a couple vanilla ships from the ships directory to force my ships to show up but changing the "maxmissiles" amount to anything other than 16 would cause the ship to not show up.
It was weird but overall a lot of fun to work on so I wanted to let you know. :)
