@Earthyfox745 This is what I got so far... It's a Winchester 1892 lever action rifle. It's low-poly so it's game ready. It's similar to the WIn. 1873 and you don't mind.

I've got a rifle model ready. Patience.

There is no c_hands rig for a western rifle yet. You have to settle for the hands it comes with right now.

For the carbine, I can't promise you c_hands.

Sorry Earthy, but I consulted a friend on this and he said he’s not sure how you'd replace it in GMod without it being super hacky and buggy.
