gabriel.d.staley, if it says Destructable House, chances are, it's a destructable house. The house can be leveled, but the frame will stay.

Toasty Toast, CS:S mean Counter Strike Source. It's a game not an addon btw, it costs $20.00.

It's a save. You need the base map (not my creation) to use it. First, load up the map, then in the spawn menu, go to the saves tab. Click on the tab for the most popular saves for this map, then click "Load" on the icon with this save shown. :gmod:

i got the gma file, but how do i use it? because i put it in the addons section but im not able to get into the map

CS:S is Counter Strike: Source, and is one of the mods you need to get the most out of GMod. The others are Half Life, Half Life: Episode One and Half Life: Episode Two. Games, such as the Left 4 Dead series, do NOT have to be installed for the full GMod experience, but give you extra characters and props. Hope this helped.

The point of this is that it is a save accessible in the saves menu in Garry's Mod, and it is the house map with some additional elements I added to make the house feel more like a proper house that can be blown to bits.
