I don't play Kaiserreich etc very much, and it's very hard to support those mods.
Played Kaiserreich with this mod enabled as Dominion of Canada. Joined the Anglo-Afghani war to help out my Indian ~subjects~ brethren. Won in a few weeks. Immediately after the peace deal my entire fleet disappeared except for 14 obsolete dreadnoughts.
Afghanistan now owns the 3rd largest fleet in the world and it's all parked in Halifax.
Overview
It is a Mod that distributes warships possessed by the defeated countries among the victorious countries after the peace conference.
The greater the war contribution, the greater the amount of ships distributed.
Inland countries can not get a ship no matter how active they are. So let's get the coast at the peace conference if possible. It is safe even if you get the coast at the last peace conference.
As a precaution, it is impossible to take away the ships of the country that has been fully annexed at the peace conference. This is because we are processing after the peace conference, and there are no ships from the annexed country at that time. It may be possible if it becomes possible to process it before the peace conference by updating in the future, but it seems impossible at present.
There is a function that can reset the international tension that the defeated country has raised.
You can choose 3 patterns of 50%, 80% and 100% from custom game rules.
Example [set to 50%, in parentheses are the international tensions listed. ]: Germany (80) lost to the Soviet Union (20) → international tension decreased by 40
The default is OFF, so you can ignore those you don't need.
Latest update
ver 1.6.1
Improve performance
Ships were distributed more evenly than before
hope it helps :
I did a test play now and it moved without problems...
As a result of improving the code, the ships were divided more evenly than before.
As a result, the amount of code was reduced to less than half of 1.6.0.
Please wait, as I will update this mod to 1.6.1 soon.
