Impressive work! The only one issue I found is that building is spawning vanilla helicopter even if it is blocked in car manager.

This is the old version, you need to subscribe to the vanilla version which you can find in my workshop (see top of page).

Nice job I worked at Cobo and Foster Winters across from 1300 B in the mid 1980's as a parking attendant. I used to have to drive a garage sweeper across town to fill up on mid-nights at the police station I currently work at WBH in Royal Oak

@Darf......... I never had the road icon in the first place but might be because I had a road running around back of the building. Still works fine but no helipad showing on the top. Not fussed as subbed to that pack of helipad props and dont have Natural Disasters anyway. Great asset! :)

Updated it again, does anybody still gets the Road Connection Icon after update?

Yes, because it uses two building AIs, the helipad is a seperate building, but for some reason that needs a roadconnection as well although I modified the template to place it anywhere. Anyways it just needs to work, I'll make sure of that.

Sorry the "easy" comment, but I notice that for some reason the asset show TWO signs of entrance (that green arrow we see in Editor Asset), and I thought that would be a "easy" problem, perhaps some error using entrance markers or something like that.

But you right, I'm not a pro asset creator and I could be very wrong. Very nice work, anyway,

Fantastic but there's a bug and the Road Connection Icon keep showing a fake alert that the building is not roadside. Please, fix it, It seem an easy problem to solve.

I'm from across the Detroit River, in Windsor, and I see this building all the time - excellent recreation! More Detroit buildings are always greatly appreciated!

Love your work, I'd love to see the Guardian Building, Book Tower+Building, Fisher Building, Cadillac Place, Michigan Central Station, Buhl Building, Cadillac Tower, so many wonderful pieces of architecture in Detroit to put in Cities Skylines, and old demolished buildings like Hudsons? I'd also like to see some of the modern buildings of Detroit too. Like the Renaissance Center, or perhaps you could add in the under construction new Hudsons Tower and the Monroe Tower?

Fun fact: As a slap in the face to the Detroit Athletic Club (whom Kahn built for) and their Anti-Semitic membership policy, he designed the police station to look like the DAC's building.

I´ll have a look into the roadconnection. Probably to do with the helipad. Didnt get a road connection sign, but as you can see on the screenshot I laid a parking lot road under the side of the building.

Second vote for MI Central Station, and another upvote for yet another great asset.

I put an alley behind the building and the connection symbol went away.
