Ok, thanks a lot. I asked just out of curiosity since I tried in the past using .anm data and failed.

For these ones in particular I used a mixture of posing them myself and having the model rigged by the Mixamo website, then using their animations and poses. This is also the way I did it with my animated ones. For the older static figures I did all the posing myself.

Hey Baryonyx, did you manage to use the .anm files in the game data or did you re-create all animations from scratch?

Aracnes, those are in fact AS2 models. The plugin hasn't been updated in quite a while so is kind of wonky, but it still works.

Eric, that is an interesting idea. But I don't think I will do that for the first version. Maybe as an update later.

hey good job how did you get these men of war models exported out of the game? i have a bunch of custom men of war models that I would like to export to the desktop and save as .obj files. Can you please tell me how you did this? I've been working with kendo353 thanks for you introduction.
