Not working anymore, I have 32% of unemployment after Hydron Collider, and over 100k open positions, the mod seems to do nothing. Any alternatives

work perfectly for me. My unemployment rate skyrocketed when I introduced realistic population mod to my overeducated city, and this mod help me reduce the rate from 27% to 16% in few seconds

Just an FYI that I have updated Transfer Manager CE to now be compatible with this mod so you can run them both if you wish to.

Looking into the code, the game already has "Employ Over Educated Workers" functionality built into CommonBuildingAI.HandleWorkPlaces so you should no longer need this mod.

Also in Transfer Manager CE v2.2 I have tweaked the building offer priority so the workers should be matched more efficiently than in earlier versions or the vanilla transfer manager.

transfer manager CE now includes this so its not needed and it will give conflicts if you use these 2 mods. so make sure you disable this one !!!

@StayHungryStayFoolish, I've tryed to play without mods and the buildings got abandoned faster than the game started to assign overeducated citizens to them. With the mod everything works fine.

@RayBladez, you might want to freshen up on the video games that the Chinese are allowed to play. I'll give you a small statistic: there's not a lot... In fact they just lost access to a bunch more.

For me the mod is not working. It wont break my game or anything like that, but my commercial jobs are still unemployed. So the main function of this mod wont apply to my game..

This mod is working for me right now. I have Parks & Plazas and Realistic Population, and it's solved my issue of the Hadron Collider making it impossible to fill commercial jobs.

Do not use this mod if you own the P&P DLC, it has not been updated for it and will break your game.

There should just be one main list otherwise its too messed up. Regardless once I removed it I had hundreds flowing back to my city.
