To keep the mod running you have to keep it off, until you win the German civil war. Turn it on after the event chain and it works just fine.

Can you form the HRE while doing the central powers focus? Because originally forming it requires you to have territories that would belong to Austria-Hungary and Italy, so you would need to go to war with them either way, losing much of that paths interesting focuses.

I always thought that it was odd that the Hohenzollerns could form the HRE, but the Habsburgs can't. Could you add the ability for a reformed Austria-Hungary to form the HRE?
