I get what you're saying, I kinda preferred the runway expansions over the set runway lengths, both made for realistic runways and a filter for which aircraft can operate at the airport

It can be updated, but considering the new pre-made runways I decided not to update it. It would really limit what can be done with it in terms of realism. Maybe I will change my feelings, but not planning anything yet. Same story with Bratislava.

as of this comment, catering, de-icing, and waste disposal have been added.
as well, backtracking is now fully functional and legit, so will be playing this and updating it to A35

No, not really, but partially yes. The game does not support bactracking at the moment.
