Sorry, I can't really recreate that scenario. There's a zip file in the location where the mod normally installs, it has a text file with more details (this is all how it's on Steam, don't know what you have to do differently):

How to add the reskins of Bao-Dur's clothing:

Simply put the other files (not this text file) from this zip file in either this workshop mod's folder or in the main override folder of the game.

- - When using (Steam's) TSLRCM - -
You will need to overwrite some files because TSLRCM contains these same files (TSLRCM adds some shiny parts). Put the other files (not this text file) from this zip in TSLRCM's workshop folder, should be located here:
[DRIVE]:\[STEAM FOLDER]\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\208580\485537937\override"
