So how do you merge different models with each other for GMod? I'm kind of wanting to make mermaids with some of my own PMs. lol

There are different interpretations of sirens and the most common one is a "mermaid" type.

You didn't man I'm just telling you why she looks the way she does you had a constructive critisism which is good, I'd gladly update her but I don't really have the time plus again she is my second model ever so I kinda like her the way she is, it shows my growth and improvement in my later models.
