I was going to try this mod but I've just decided to uninstall the game. Hearts of Iron 4 is heading in the same direction as Stellaris. A broken mess.

Thank god someone has already released a fuel cheat. I absolutely hate this feature so far, although I've only tried Britain as of now. It's great in concept, but getting just the fleets at Britain and the Meditteranean to patrol requires me to trade 30 civilian factories for oil with the US to keep them running. I will try this out tomorrow. Before I try it out, how do we set the percentages? Is it in the decisions tab?
