Being outvoted when I vote for this map on my server has been a pretty consistent thing. It's map of the week on my server right now, which kinda solves the problem (as people see at the top of the map list it's in map of the week, so it must be good). But I don't want to keep it as map of the week, every week. :P
A different name would give it much more deserved recognition.
While it might be broken for the servers that do have it at the moment, it's something that would be easy to notice and fix (especially if the host regularly plays on their own server).
You can easily figure out which map is broken as a server host by looking at the server log when the server is abandoned on Bioticslab (the default map for broken maps voted on).
I think in this case, the pros of changing the name outweigh the cons. Changing the name would get it onto more servers overall (as the more people who see the name and are curious enough to check it out, will probably decide to add it to their servers).
And alternatively, would probably give you a bit more Steam workshop traffic as well.
I would also suggest do add more ammo crates, at least for endless 6p+ servers, really needs more ammo scattered around and spawns. Map is amazing, congrats !

I keep voting for it on my server but it always gets beat, probably because seeing a map with the lower-cased name "concrete_halls" doesn't inspire a lot of confidence in it.
I've heard it's a pain to change map names over the workshop (actually probably more of a pain for those who have it on their server to have to update the name), but you should definitely consider re-uploading it on the workshop with a different name (or changing the name, if you can with the contest). A name that you'd see on a server list that'd pop out at you.
I can see it with words like summoning, blood, hell, ancient, ritual, demonic, etc... but Concrete Halls doesn't really do it justice. Props for trying to think of a name that isn't an obvious one for the map, but it's a name that probably won't get it a lot of playtime on servers.
Very good optimization, comfortable level design and very nice visuals. I rate this map with 10 crawlers out of 10.
Just one or two ideas you could consider for further improvment ;-)
• there is so much GorePiles, but so far no blood actors or decal actors for instant blood. I think it would look even cooler with blood at fitting points even before fights.
• add a lava or blood lake at the empty area at staticmesh_1250
• maybe a darker metal for StaticMesh_4625 and the others... for me, its a little bit to bright ^^
• Add some crates or other debris stuff above StaticMesh_1667 and other empty areas, even if the player cant walk there... he can see it ;)
• Maybe add a damage volume above StaticMesh_2777
• The Stalactits around StaticMesh_4791 looking a bit linear... Maybe better looking if you add some more
• Not all of our AmbientSounds are from Nightmare.... i doubt we can here the sounds from BioticsLab or Catacombs in a Server Game. For Singleplayer of course, it's fine.
• Maybe add a ChokePoint to the DoorActors... so bigger zeds could walk better out of it
• And last point: Lower you splineloftactors a bit... i think the spline is at least 50% to high.
But again... Its a very good map. Just think about my comments ;)
