So the mod is good but their is some bugs that need to be fix (i only played as France so i don't know is this is for all country) first their are no main armement for tanks so no tanks can be produce, their is a bug about the command power, i simply don' receive any point during the game, the modifier give a gain of 0.00 constantly, 0.01 when you have 100% war support, so no trait for general, no bonus during combat, and impossibility to do anything during the scramble for India. The game is broken and can't be play at it's full extent.

I was playing as the soviets in the russian civil war and apparently the great frost modifier never goes away, even after the war, making it next to impossible to conduct any invasions.
