cant get this to load, show in the "load craft" menu but will not load

The cities are added by EVE, the harbor buildings are from KerbinSide

Still unknown parts...? It's probably the solar panels that are once polluted by a mod, but I think I've fixed them all...As long as you can load the craft then it's all right.

The base is provided by the mod Kerbal Konstructs, after all these days I can't recall the exact one XD
