Hi HentaiOne Are you using any other RingWorld or Planet related mode?
It may also conflict with other starting modes.
or I tested this mode with 2.2.5 (beta). Check your game version.

i see it myself, but i think it is a little different. And this mode may be able to build a mine in Ringwold and let you start with Triple Ringworld.
