Use the Alternate Mod Launcher. The vanilla launcher throws a fit whenever you try to use a vanilla mod in WOTC, even if it's 100% cross-compatible.

Hi I'm trying to use this on WOTC but I get the error in the mod launcher that it is only usable in Vanilla and not WOTC

@creamus maximus go into XComContent.ini and change all "Gender=eGender_Male" values to "Gender=eGender_None"

I think it's mostly from his lines coming from a rather distorted, static-ridden tape recorder than anything else, but i lowered his volume a bit anyway.
