The issue was fixed, the brakes like to auto lock due to something with either the wheels or remote control block, it's fixed now

Before loading a world you need to enter the worlds settings and scroll down quite a bit, to where you can tick the boxes with features. There should be an option "enable ingame scripts" or something like that.

You need to have scripts enabled in your world, then just make sure the rotors are unlocked ( they should be by default ) and get in the cockpit.

This is SE tanks/armored vehicles at it's best: armor is shit so make it fast and mount the biggest god damn gun you can on it.
