This mod is a must-have, as the vanilla-Skyrim magic-ninja-dodge is an annoyance for any ranged stealth character. I've been shot at with arrows (blunted, and using appropriate armor for safety) and even the blunts are faster than you'd think when they're pointed at you.

All this is a single game file edit, it can be made in the creation kit or TESVEdit in under 30 seconds credit shouldn't be required. for those of you worried about it working on enderal it will work without issue, enderal uses the same game settings as skyrim.
