:)
I've actually have a new diver item coming out I've been working on, if everything goes well that is.
I'll have to try my hand at a realistic blend in shark sometime down the road though.
@timmerviken04 I would but I don't have actual modeling skills been looking into it though! ;)
@General Cookie hit the thumbs up button just beneath the workshop pictures to vote up for a workshop item. Adding it to favorites help as well to spread the workshop link around and get more votes on that same item from your friends.
How do you get the gradient on the reds? I love the contrast of the colors.
No sharks do not have that scaley pattern, they do have a microscopic level scales that are more efficient, more tooth like razors that are called Dermal Scales they create less drag in the water for shark and actually channel the water down the shark. My scaling is more aesthetic than anything. I actually have the squama on a different layer and can make them even more transparent than they already are.
This wasn't supposed to be exactly realistic rather than more eye catching this time around and much different from the current Tiger skins in game. This one based on some old Jurassic Park toys and snakes as well as me just wanting to make a red based shark. I can definitely switch it up and do a more realistic shark without my scales addition however which actually might be quite fun to do.
