Notepad to edit the enemies behavior and notepad +++ for editing the qc of models and crowbar for extracting models

@Dragon Extract The Nextbots 3.0 addon with gmad. Find a model you want to use, and then just use existing code like mercenaries or rebels

Not sure if this only happens to me, but some reason the nextbots violently A-pose. I'm currently working on a fix.
