If you're trying to use this vehicle specifically then ensure you have this addon installed: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=1405594779 and after doing so restart your game, as Garry's mod has to load the addon. If this doesn't work, then it isn't an issue I can solve as the model's aren't mine - I would recommend consulting the original author if it persists.
