It really pity that such a great buildings are not level 3. They are practically useless. You can't really easy to set each into historic building while need to think about other stuff while playing game... Really pity. :(

This did not take into account so much during the production, it is not easy to modify now. If you don't want to upgrade, you can set it as a historic building.

@norwagien You can set these buildings as historic buildings,or use the 'Historical Districts' mod to set an entire district of buildings historical. :-)

@norwagien You may want to add mod that forces growables at a certain level. Plop Growable works but you may find others if you hate plopping buildings one by one

Most asian city mods are for japan but im thinking Hong Kong got the best skyline in the world, how come no one is making mods for HK and XDBX, you are the one
