Ah alright, didn't know that worked, neat, but yeah sorry not much I can really do, only so many buttons I can bind to and not interfere with base game controls

I use a Mac running ShadowPC, and i must say, the game works pretty okay.

I don't think mac even has mod support since it's stuck on 1.0, could be wrong but only so many buttons to use, plus 3d platformer +trackpad sounds like hell lmao

I know there are programs out there for emulating middle mouse, but beyond that not exactly my problem... hat's a platformer and most have the sole intent of being KBM players or controller

@Crash Awesome! Thank you. Just an ocd thing or something, messed up text in game drives me nuts. I love the abilities though. Especially the potion badge. Think about possibly adding the beta rocket hat's power to a badge too :) (although I wish the rockets would work horizontal like the Mafia's rocket, so you could actually race him on it, rather than a straight upward blast. hehe).

As @GLEclipse pointed out, you need to fix the localization.int file of your mod. Some of the descriptions are just random characters.

some of the item descriptions in game are a bit screwy but all in all it's a great little mod

The button to use the badges now is R1 on a PS4 controller if anyone is wondering how to use these with the Nyakuza Metro DLC.

Where do I find inputs? The settings for that are so bare-bones

Your not pressing Q right, on kbm its middle mouse button, on controller its L3 or one of the bumpers

I'm equipping it inside a level. I've done everything. It won't activate.

If it was equipped when you started up the game unequip it and go into a level and requip it

shouldnt be, i havent recooked it but its working on my end, Heres a tip that might help, when entering an act dont have the badge equipped

It is worth noting that the vanilla hats do also allow you to use their abilities as a hold, so it might be best to try to emulate that functionality if it's not too much work. I wouldn't know, I'm not a modder.

On a separate note from my other comment, I noticed something that isn't necessarily a bug, but definitely a bothersome quirk about an otherwise extremely fun mod. When I'm trying to use the time stop or dweller badges, the mod requires me to hold the button down the whole time I want the effect active, unlike the actual hats. I don't know how this affects playing on a keyboard+mouse, but on a controller, it's completely debilitating due to the fact that the same finger used to press the camera snap button is used to perform a dash. It's possible to play around, and I'll keep the mod installed even if you never change it, but that one quality of life change could improve this mod tenfold, in my opinion.

A bumper is just the term for the little button next to a trigger on a controller. The control is definitely right bumper, not left control stick, just so you know.

If im being honest i dont even know what a bumper is so, lol

Would be nice if the description atleast reflected this. Since, typically when I see "Left control stick press" I don't think "Right Bumper"

It can be different on some controllers, so im not exactly sure(I'm a KBM user so idk about controllers)
