In conclusion, you need a vmt file with the good directory of your skin, your custom vtf picture in 2048x2048 and a bimp map of the vtf.

To help people who need custom skins,

my following steps are here :

1) Go to search a picture on internet or one on your SSD

2) Use Gimp to create the template : 2048 x 2048 (Be careful to not use the whole height of the template cuz it will be awful)

3) transfer your gimp picture in png into a bimp map converter (copy this cuz you will need the $basetexture and the $bimp map)

4) Use Vtf edit to convert your template into vtf file and vmt

5) into your vmt file, copy one of the "thicc" script

6) Delete one of the thicc texture and bimp map.

7) Use the same name that the old files you deleted

8) enjoy
