I can see this being the most unique playable character mod sometime in the future! (Hopefully!)
It's a bit hard to think of a potential moveset, but two things I thought of were the abilty to walk and run whenever you wanted to without a hat, as well as dealing more damage on attacks.

I don't know, I just want this mod to see more light.

i can understand that. y'know i actually plan on making a game once i get a handle on programming, however i have so many plans for it, it probably wont see the light of day until, idk, 20 years or so from now. im also a tad worried cause i plan on using UE3

i always imagined hat adult as a more restrained hat kid(1 jump, no dash jump thingy(forgot the name) or homing attack, etc), kinda like a metaphore for how you wish you could be a kid again so you could something you wouldn't get away with as an adult.

maube her main weapon could be her umbrella, but instead of swinging it, she opens it in front of herself to reflect projectiles. just throwing ideas around

this mod will probably get worked on more later, since i have a lot of other planned mods atm, and it was never ment to be a true playable

and maybe instead of a dweller based item, she could have the cut quick dodge badge as a custom move, which she can use to pass through dweller walls.
