Nothing would change. The Tiger II was practically useless because of it's huge fuel consumption and weak gears.

Only 1 Tiger Tank Still Drives and that engine was taken from a Tiger II which lives in a
museum
There is only about 2 Tiger Tanks The Tiger I and The King also known as the Royal but commonly known as the Tiger II
That can drive under their own power

This looks very impressive! The Allies were lucky the "II" version of this was not available two years sooner or who knows what would've happened?
