Seems to conflict with Jam's Difficulty Mod for me. I play without it because I can't live without these civs :)

Am not sure what's this could be meshing poorly with, but when I enable this mod all cities borders expand at about 10x normal speed

and use civfanatics rink's mod install -> all mod off -> not play problem

umm.... sorry;; disable all mod civ -> and only on scalet mod -> play -> save -> load -> all use UI mod disable
but resouceful 2 mod icon crash has fix thank you

thank to creat mod.
but, If you use this mode, there is a problem that the UI is rolled back to vanilla when you save -> load. (all use UI mod disable, resouceful 2 mod icon crash)
I want you to fix it.
