Copyright is taking someone else is property, or saying it is yours, and then selling it for profitable gain.



The Author said it wasn't theirs, said they're not making a profit from it, and are basically just advertising it. Wow, that's under the fair-use laws. So no, it's not their problem. It's yours, if anything, for acting like a know it all.

2: do you have any autorisation or do you work in CAPCOM for the use of their name?

1.2: if the data is from you and you were inspired by the data from capcom, you can't use their name
