then im afraid you cant see the residential, office and shop tabs when you select the building.
But the rico infomation will still be there when you plop the building down.

Because it is not a RICO building.
It is a unique building, found in unique building tab.
And if you have RICO and Sub-Buildings Tabs mod, you will see it's Residential, offices and shop RICO settings available when you select the building.
