Is there a mod to play emergent factions? If yes, which one?

i would really like to play as Nordmann in campaign so i hope you get the chance to add them to campaign

So the vikings factions are really the last cultural faction that remains unplayable in the Campaign mode?
(I think they have their own versions of scandinavian units "viking scouts" instead of "Danelaw" or "Eastmen" horsemen

Having already made a long campaign, I never seen Jorvik and a few other factions in this list appear? How is it possible ? Is there an event to trigger?

this mod is just for custom battles? Is there anyway to make the emergent factions playable on grand campaign. I would like to play a viking raider faction if possible.
