I have being looking through all your work on KOTOR 2 because I recently got it, I will download most o them!
(To keep things simple I'll leave out how thing's are handled with Workshop mods)
However, the override folder (where traditionally a mod's files go) supports .tga (Targa) files to override those .tpc files, you could work with .tpc files but I don't see how that's practical. Targa files can be extracted with KotOR Tool and then edited with an image editor like Photoshop or GIMP.
