Is that a sniper bot skele? Race might not be set up to use plastic surgery without making an .xml for 'em.?

In vanilla, there are three bars in Mongrel. I found Finn in the largest bar, the one with the less obvious BAR sign that faces the town wall.

this might be a stupid question, but where exactly in Mongrel should he be? I've been all but scouring the city, and i can't find him at all
