sorry(not sorry) for the request but please also consider creating a Pilgrim Monument asset. here's the link to the website: https://www.pilgrim-monument.org/ . As someone who has lived in Provincetown most of my life, it would be awesome to make a 1:1 simulation of the town. I tried once with the maps by @MrMiyagi but was unable to get as close as I would have liked to actual population and road layout. Again, thanks for this asset!

The real shop this asset is based on is called "Shop Therapy". It's one of the oldest head shops in new england. this is the newer location downtown, but the older brick building on the east end was way cooler and a bit larger. They specialize in hemp and Tie dye clothing, jewelry, incense, and various smoking utensils like bongs and hookahs. The older building had an amazing mural but would have been very hard to import into a game like this. They moved to this location in the early 00's. Props to @DieHardHunter for this.
