For your information, not every country is in complete quarantine anymore, plenty of people are actually working regularily.
Second, this mod hasn't been updated in over a year. It's safe to assume that it is no longer supported.
Third, mod creators do that for free, they have no obligation whatsoever to maintain mods. It's sad to see some of the better ones go, but it's certainly not your place to call them names because of that.

[gamestate.cpp:6532]: Failed to get army name from name list "elcor". Add more sequential_names or random_names.
Probably has something to do with the AI building army but the mod failed to assign a name for it
Moreover, the empires that use geth portraits don't swawn at all.

First thanks a lot for this mod !
Second it seems to conflict with "remastered human portrait expanded"...with your mod enabled , human males can get female garments...
You can verify this directly in the empire creation menu simply by editing an human empire United Earth or Commonwealth of Man and selecting male ruler tunics.
